Handypartners processes your data only to make the partnership possible: assessing your application, assigning jobs, staying in touch and paying you. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement and, for invoicing and accounting data, a statutory obligation.

We do not share your data with others, except where this is necessary to carry out a job or where the law requires us to. We keep administrative records for seven years, as required by the Dutch tax authorities. Anything we no longer need, we delete.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to the processing. Email partner@handypartners.nl for that. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
