How long does the agreement run?
The service agreement runs for 12 months. You cancel in writing by email; without cancellation the agreement is renewed for another 12 months each time.
Does the package apply throughout Amsterdam?
Yes, the service packages are aimed at Amsterdam and Amstelveen. The exact follow-up depends on the chosen package and location.
What is the response time?
The response time differs per package: Light within 14 working days, Medium within 5 working days and High within 2 working days.
Can I register multiple addresses?
High allows service at up to two addresses. Light and Medium apply to one registered address.
How does a service visit work?
You send the job or maintenance request, preferably with photos. We then agree on planning, approach and any materials with you.
Are material costs included?
No, material costs are not included. Materials, possible parking costs and start or travel time are listed separately and transparently.
