What's the benefit of a service agreement?
Depending on your plan, you're helped within 2, 5 or 14 business days. Especially on smaller jobs you save significantly: instead of the standard 3-hour minimum charge, we bill only the time actually worked, per minute. Transparent, fair, in line with the times.
How long is the service agreement?
The agreement runs for 12 months.
Can I use this service at multiple addresses?
The Light and Medium service packages are valid for one person or household at one registered address. Do you want to use the service agreement at 2 addresses, such as a rental property, business address or holiday home? Choose the High service package. This service package covers up to 2 addresses in Amsterdam under adjusted terms.
How does payment work?

For a 12-month contract, payment is made monthly through the online payment provider Mollie. You pay the first term via iDEAL and the following payments are collected by automatic direct debit.

Or you can pay the first term via Apple Pay or the credit card module on this website.

It is also possible to set up a recurring monthly payment instruction yourself through your bank, so you do not have to think about it each month.

Important: In case of payment arrears, our general terms apply and the regular rate is charged for new jobs. The arrears must be paid before we carry out new jobs. Ongoing jobs are completed first. After that, you can use our services again.

Can I cancel the agreement monthly?
The service package can be cancelled monthly. Note that remaining monthly payments through the end of the agreed contract period must still be paid.
In which city or area is the agreement valid?
The service agreement is currently only valid in Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
Which costs are always charged?
Besides the per-minute fee, travel time, parking and any material costs are charged.
Can I receive a draft of the agreement?
Absolutely. We understand that you want to know what the service agreement contains. You can download the draft agreement at the bottom of this FAQ page.
What is the notice period?
The notice period is 2 months before the agreement expires. Cancellation must be received in writing by email 2 months before the renewal date.
When can I start using the service agreement?
Immediately after we receive your signed agreement by email, or after you complete the agreement online and we receive payment. The start date is the date payment is received or the date we receive the agreement back. The only condition is that any outstanding invoices from earlier or ongoing jobs are paid.
Is VAT added?
Yes. We are VAT-registered and you should factor in 21% VAT.
What happens if the work takes longer than 3 hours?
If the job takes longer than 3 hours, you pay the extra time per minute.
