What's the benefit of a service agreement?
Depending on your service plan, your job is handled within 2, 5 or 14 working days. Especially for smaller jobs, this can save a substantial amount. Instead of the standard minimum charge of 3 hours, we bill only the time actually worked, per minute.
How long is the service agreement?
The service agreement runs for 12 months. For private customers it then continues for an indefinite period and you can cancel monthly with one month's notice. For business customers the agreement is renewed for another 12 months each time, unless you cancel 2 months before the renewal date. Cancellation is in writing by email.
Can I use this service at multiple addresses?
The Light and Medium plans are valid for one person or household at one registered address. For service at up to 2 addresses in Amsterdam, choose the High plan under adjusted terms.
How does payment work?
For a 12-month contract, payment is made monthly through Mollie. You pay the first term via iDEAL, Apple Pay or the credit card module on this website. Follow-up payments are collected by automatic direct debit or through a recurring monthly payment instruction with your bank. In case of payment arrears, our general terms apply.
Can I cancel the agreement monthly?
The service package can be cancelled monthly. Remaining monthly payments through the end of the agreed contract period must still be paid.
In which city or area is the agreement valid?
The service agreement is currently only valid in Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
Which costs are always charged?
Besides the per-minute fee, travel time, parking and any material costs are charged.

What is the notice period?
The notice period is 2 months before expiration. Cancellation must be received in writing by email 2 months before the renewal date.
When can I start using the service agreement?
Immediately after we receive your signed agreement by email, or after you complete the agreement online and we receive payment.
Is VAT added?
No. All prices shown include 21% VAT. Only materials, start/departure time and any parking costs are added.
What happens if the work takes longer than 3 hours?
If the job takes longer than 3 hours, the regular rate applies after those first 3 hours.
Can I pay per year?
Yes. With annual payment you pay for ten months and receive twelve months of service: Light € 400, Medium € 550 and High € 1500 per year, VAT included. You choose the term on the order page. No refund is given if the agreement ends early.
