1.Service area
The service agreement is currently only valid in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. The Light plan is valid outside the A10 ring, the Medium plan inside the A10 ring. The High plan is valid throughout Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
The terms that apply to the Handypartners maintenance subscription.
The service agreement is currently only valid in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. The Light plan is valid outside the A10 ring, the Medium plan inside the A10 ring. The High plan is valid throughout Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
Handypartners offers three subscription plans and a one-time Service Pass gift option. All prices are per month and exclude 21% VAT.

The High plan is intended for businesses, homeowners associations, landlords and owners of multiple homes. It covers up to 2 addresses in Amsterdam under adjusted conditions; a second address costs € 45,- extra per month. The service package provides access to special volume rates for landlords, estate agents and property managers.
With the Light plan you receive a 5% discount on your DIY rental project. With the Medium plan you receive a 10% discount on your DIY rental project.
Handypartners also offers the Service Pass: a one-time gift option that provides service for home maintenance for 1 consecutive month only, exclusively in Amsterdam or Amstelveen. The price is determined on request based on the postcode. The Service Pass is linked to 1 specific address when purchased or activated, can be activated only once and may be used only at that address. The Service Pass must be redeemed within 3 months after purchase. After this period, it expires without any right to an extension, refund or replacement, unless Handypartners confirms otherwise in writing. It cannot be split, extended, combined with other vouchers or offers, transferred to another address or used again. Any unused portion expires at the end of the service month; the Service Pass does not automatically become a recurring service plan.
The service agreement runs for 12 months. The start date is the date we receive your payment or the date we receive the signed agreement by email.
The only condition is that any outstanding invoices from earlier or ongoing jobs are paid.
For subscribers we bill exclusively the time actually worked per minute, instead of the market standard of a 2-hour minimum charge per job.
If a job takes more than 2 hours, you pay the extra time per minute.
In addition to the per-minute fee, the following costs are charged:
Materials are supplied at supplier price without markup, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For a 12-month contract, payment is made monthly either via the payment provider Mollie or via a payment request through the bank.
In case of payment arrears, our general terms apply and the regular rate is charged for new jobs. The arrears must be paid before we accept new jobs. Ongoing jobs are completed first; afterwards you can rejoin the service plan.
The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Note: the remaining monthly payments through the end of the agreed contract period must still be paid.
The notice period is 2 months before expiration of the agreement. Cancellation must be received in writing by email to info@handypartners.nl 2 months before the renewal date.
If renewed tacitly, the agreement is extended by 12 months each time.
Handypartners is VAT-registered. You should factor in 21% VAT on top of all listed rates.
Report complaints about work performed within 14 days of completion by email to info@handypartners.nl. We aim to resolve a complaint within a reasonable period of 30 days.
Our service warranty covers workmanship by us; not damage caused by wear, improper use or work performed by third parties.
Handypartners is insured for damage directly related to work performed. Liability is limited to the amount the insurance pays out.
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost income, damage caused by materials supplied by the client, or damage arising from work not performed by Handypartners.
Handypartners reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes are communicated in advance by email and apply from the next renewal date.
Only Dutch law applies to this agreement and all legal relationships arising from it. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
